3 INGREDIENT TOBLERONE MOUSSE 🍫 Did you get one of those massive Toblerones for Christmas... or five? 🤣 They’re one of those gifts where it’s like, you’re not exactly a Mimco handbag kinda friend or even a MAC lipstick kinda pal, but I still think you’re nice. 😉 WELL... now you too have an excuse to try the AMAZING @phoodiegram 3 ingredient TOBLERONE mousse. Can you buy marshmallows, whip cream and use a microwave? Then it’s basically already done. Honest, for a dinner party, you can’t beat this. And PHOODIE is bloody hilarious so follow her too x

This is a dish you’d be happy to SHELL out a lotta DOUGH for... or you could just make it at home! All I do is roast some small sweet potato cubes that have been drizzled in olive oil. Meanwhile, brown some onion and bacon with a sprinkle of Italian herbs. Add this to a bowl with the sweet potato, about 350g firm ricotta and some finely chopped basil. Season this filling with salt and pepper and set aside. Then cook your extra large pasta shells til al dente and stuff full of your creamy filling. Add about 2 cups of tomato passata plus a sprinkle of sugar to a pan and arrange your filled shells on top. Drizzle with cream and heaps of grated Parmesan before placing in the oven to go all brown and crispy. It’s a quarter PASTA six and I’m starving! 🤣 (Yes, you don’t have to ask, I waited until 6:15 to post this JUST for the PUN of it!) These are the massive shells I have been known to stuff with bacon, sweet potato and ricotta. 🍝 If you’re single, this dish will get you a date. Unless they’re gluten free... or eating low carb... or allergic to dairy. 🤔 Ok, there’s a reason I give FOOD advice and not ROMANTIC advice. But you’re going to love eating this dish and that’s all that matters. Report back tomorrow for the recipe ♥️

“Olive grazing platters so much!” [There’s a better pun in there, I can feel it!] For summer you cant beat whacking a bunch of delicious treats onto a platter in an artfully messy way. This was from our Christmas grazer and I think my daughter ate ALL of those olives by herself 🤣 She takes after her mother 😉

These balsamic roasted cherries 🍒 are incredibly simple to make and were inspired by a recipe on @theoliveandmango where drizzled them onto goat’s cheese crostini. My version is just the simple, roasted fruit and you can put it on ice cream or even serve with meat. The recipe is up on the @ziggysfresh website... though I do recommend de-seeding them.
